7-day satisfaction guarantee

If the service doesn't perform as advertised within the first 7 days of your subscription and we cannot resolve the issue with our support team, you may request a full refund.

How to request a refund

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of activation, describe the issue, and allow us 24 hours to investigate. If we cannot fix it, we issue a refund to the original payment method.

What is not covered

• Issues caused by your internet connection or device.
• Refund requests after 7 days of activation.
• Cases of credential sharing beyond the connection limit.
• Plans purchased through resellers — contact the reseller directly.
